All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days once shipped. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

AlphaWolf Performance is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.
